Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Confident working with numbers and financial information
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information with care
Previous experience in an administrative, financial, or customer-facing role is advantageous
Knowledge of Sage accounting software is desirable, full training provided
Salary - Dependant on experience, with a salary review upon successful completion of probation
Annual Leave - 20 days per year, increasing with length of service
Pension - 10% company contribution after one year of service
