Capurro Group Announces Majority Acquisition of Kenshō Agency and Ads.gi

Capurro Group is pleased to announce the majority acquisition of Kenshō Agency and its advertising arm Ads.gi, marking an important step in the continued evolution of the Group’s strategic and commercial capabilities.
Kenshō Agency and Ads.gi have built a strong reputation in Gibraltar & internationally for their work across branding, creative direction and digital strategy. Through this acquisition, both companies become part of the Capurro Group while continuing to operate with their existing leadership structure.
James Victor and Stelios Kyriakides, co-founders of Kenshō Agency and Ads.gi, have worked closely with the A.M. Capurro and Gedime teams for over eight years, supporting marketing activity across multiple areas of the business. They now formally join the Group and will continue to maintain day-to-day control of both brands while integrating into the wider organisation.
This acquisition strengthens the Group’s long-term vision, enhancing capabilities across several commercial areas and opening new opportunities both locally and internationally. Kenshō Agency and Ads.gi will benefit from the support, infrastructure and heritage of the Capurro Group, while continuing to operate with the same team, approach and creative independence that clients know and trust.
There will be no immediate operational changes, and activities across all teams will continue as normal while the integration process begins.
The Capurro Group welcomes the Kenshō Agency and Ads.gi team and looks forward to the shared value this new chapter will bring.

Capurro Group was proud to once again support Young Enterprise Gibraltar as a long standing sponsor during this year’s finals, held earlier this week. The event showcased the creativity, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit of Gibraltar’s next generation of young business leaders, with students presenting their ideas and businesses to a panel of judges and attendees from across the local business community.
Representing Jaguar Land Rover Global Diplomatic Sales was Ashley Romero, Sales Manager, who spent the day as one of the event judges, assessing the participating teams and engaging with students throughout the finals.
Also involved this year was James Victor, Co-founder and Director of Kenshō Agency and Ads.gi, both part of the Capurro Group, who supported one of the participating teams in the capacity of business advisor throughout the programme.
At Capurro Group, we strongly believe in giving back to the community and fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs, innovators, and business leaders in Gibraltar. Initiatives such as Young Enterprise continue to play an important role in providing students with practical experience, confidence, and valuable insight into the world of business.
We would like to congratulate all participating teams, organisers, and sponsors involved in making this year’s finals such a success and look forward to continuing our support for the programme in the years ahead.

Gedime Motors, part of the Capurro Group, has facilitated the introduction of 10 London black cabs to Gibraltar, working in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport to support both airport and city service across the Rock.
This initiative represents a significant enhancement to Gibraltar’s public transport offering, introducing vehicles that combine modern performance with the recognisable design and heritage associated with London’s iconic taxi fleet.
In parallel, Kenshō Agency and Ads.gi, also part of the Capurro Group, collaborated with VisitGibraltar.gi to develop and implement the external signage and branding across the new vehicles. The result is a cohesive and considered visual identity that reflects Gibraltar’s positioning while maintaining the character of the original design.
The introduction of these vehicles supports ongoing efforts to improve accessibility, comfort, and reliability within Gibraltar’s transport infrastructure, while also contributing to the overall visitor experience.
At Capurro Group, we remain committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen the community and enhance everyday services across Gibraltar. The arrival of the London black cabs marks a positive step forward, and we look forward to seeing them become an integral part of the local transport network.
