Capurro Group Supports Jeans for Genes Day

At the Capurro Group, community spirit and giving back are at the heart of everything we do. This year, our teams across Gedime Motors, A.M. Capurro, and AMC Credit came together to take part in Jeans for Genes Day, an annual campaign dedicated to supporting children and families living with genetic disorders.
Employees swapped their usual workwear for denim, proudly wearing jeans to raise awareness and funds for this vital cause. The day was not only an opportunity to support a meaningful initiative but also a chance for our teams to come together in solidarity, showing that small actions can have a big impact.
Funds raised will go towards helping those affected by genetic conditions, providing them with much-needed support and resources.
We are proud of our colleagues for embracing the initiative and for making a difference in the lives of many families.
💙 Together, we can turn something as simple as wearing jeans into a powerful act of kindness.

Gedime Motors, part of the Capurro Group, has facilitated the introduction of 10 London black cabs to Gibraltar, working in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport to support both airport and city service across the Rock.
This initiative represents a significant enhancement to Gibraltar’s public transport offering, introducing vehicles that combine modern performance with the recognisable design and heritage associated with London’s iconic taxi fleet.
In parallel, Kenshō Agency and Ads.gi, also part of the Capurro Group, collaborated with VisitGibraltar.gi to develop and implement the external signage and branding across the new vehicles. The result is a cohesive and considered visual identity that reflects Gibraltar’s positioning while maintaining the character of the original design.
The introduction of these vehicles supports ongoing efforts to improve accessibility, comfort, and reliability within Gibraltar’s transport infrastructure, while also contributing to the overall visitor experience.
At Capurro Group, we remain committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen the community and enhance everyday services across Gibraltar. The arrival of the London black cabs marks a positive step forward, and we look forward to seeing them become an integral part of the local transport network.

Capurro Group is proud to have supported Prostate Cancer Gibraltar and the Gibraltar Health Authority in the introduction of a state of the art robotic surgical system to Gibraltar, the first of its kind on the peninsula.
This advanced MEDBOT platform represents a significant step forward for local healthcare. The system enables surgeons to perform highly precise, minimally invasive procedures through robotic technology, controlled directly by the surgeon from a dedicated console. Hand movements are translated into ultra precise actions via robotic arms equipped with miniature surgical instruments and a high definition 3D camera.
The benefits for patients are considerable, including:
• Smaller incisions
• Greater surgical precision
• Reduced blood loss
• Less post operative discomfort
• Faster recovery times
• Shorter hospital stays
For prostate cancer and other complex procedures, this technology has the potential to meaningfully improve patient outcomes and overall quality of life.
At Capurro Group, we remain committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen our community and enhance the wellbeing of the people of Gibraltar. We are honoured to have contributed to this important milestone in the advancement of local healthcare.

Capurro Group was proud to continue our sponsorship of the Young Enterprise event, helping give young people in Gibraltar the opportunity to build, launch, and run their own businesses.
Young Enterprise is an educational scheme that guides students through the full journey of entrepreneurship, from forming a team and developing an idea, to budgeting, marketing, selling, and presenting their results. It’s a practical way for young individuals to gain real world experience and learn vital skills such as leadership, communication, problem solving, and financial awareness.
We’re pleased to support an initiative that invests in the next generation of local talent. This year, James Victor, Co-founder and Director of Kenshō Agency and Ads.gi, has also been involved in the programme as an advisor and mentor, helping teams sharpen their ideas and bring them to life.
